BROOKLYN - After a picture-perfect weekend in Brooklyn, wet weather is expected to stick around this week.

Commuting to work on Monday was difficult due to the pouring rain across the borough.

While the rain eased up during the afternoon, scattered showers are expected Monday evening into Tuesday.

Forecasters expect more rain and a possible thunderstorm during Tuesday evening, with temperatures in the high 70s.

More rain is expected on Thursday and Friday.
