WINDSOR TERRACE - The owner of a Windsor Terrace animal rescue shelter says his store has been robbed for the second time since December, with vandals most recently snatching an outdoor snack machine. Police say the machine was stolen April 13 from Sean Casey Animal Rescue, located at 153 East 3rd St. Workers leave it outside during the afternoon, and they say it was taken in broad daylight. "They knew they wanted it and just came early when they knew that nobody would be around," says volunteer Scott Berliner.A dog was stolen from the store back in December 2011, but was found and returned safely. The suspect was not charged. Authorities are examining surveillance video as part of their investigation. Animal shelter employee stops dognapping in Windsor Terracea
