Witnesses: Man falls to his death after police Tasering

BROOKLYN - Eyewitnesses have confirmed that what appeared to be a mentally challenged man was Tasered by a police officer Wednesday afternoon.

According to witnesses, the incident occurred on the fire escape of 491 Tompkins Ave.

Witnesses say that the victim was naked and screaming on a second-floor balcony when officers on the ground Tasered him. The man lost his balance and fell to the sidewalk, witnesses say.

The man was later pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital.
