BROOKLYN - Three people are recovering after being shot overnight at a bus stop near 35 Malcolm X Blvd.

Police say a 25-year-old woman was talking to someone when a car pulled up and opened fire. The woman was shot in the thigh, a 64-year-old man was struck in the shoulder and a 25-year-old man was hit in the foot.

All three victims were taken to a hospital for treatment.

Police say the female victim was the target of the shooting, and the two men seem to have just been bystanders.
