Woman falls through bathroom floor

BROOKLYN - Firefighters were forced to evacuate residents after a bathroom collapsed with an elderly woman inside in a Borough Park building.

Neighbors say the woman has been complaining about flooding in her bathroom. While she was in the bathroom, the entire floor collapsed, according to neighbors.

Emergency personnel took the victim to a nearby hospital. Displaced tenants could be allowed back in to the building anywhere from a few days to four months, according to the fire department.
