BROOKLYN - A 30-year-old woman was seriously hurt Sunday during a hit-and-run in Williamsburg.

According to police, Maximo Espinal was later arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident and wreckless driving.

The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital.
