Woman sitting in car grazed by bullet outside Tompkins Houses in Bed-Stuy

One woman is recovering after being grazed by a bullet in Bed-Stuy. According to police, the 29-year-old was parked outside the Tompkins Houses Sunday afternoon

BROOKLYN - One woman is recovering after being grazed by a bullet in Bed-Stuy.

According to police, the 29-year-old was parked outside the Tompkins Houses Sunday afternoon when a bullet came flying right into her car.

Detectives do not believe the woman was the intended target. She was taken to Bellevue Hospital and is doing OK.

Witnesses say they heard at least four shots ring out and saw a group of teenagers running away.

Cops are still looking for suspects.
