Everyone has some downtime at work, but are you wasting that time while on the clock? 

According to a national survey from CareerBuilder, 50 percent of employers say texting on the job is the leading cause of workers being unproductive. Gossiping came in second at 42 percent, followed by surfing social media at 38 percent.
