BROOKLYN - A new study says eating a diet rich in protein will help keep muscles strong as they age.

According to a report by the U.S. National Institutes of Health, eating animal proteins helps to maintain muscle mass.

The report also revealed that eating plant proteins like nuts and beans helps to preserve muscle strength.
