BROOKLYN - Researchers at the University of York in England say your facial expressions play a bigger role than choosing the right outfit when making a first impression.

Their study suggests people seem more approachable if they are smiling, and head tilts help too.

News 12 Brooklyn hit the streets to see if borough residents judge people based on their facial expressions.
