BROOKLYN - A distant rocky world similar to the size of Earth was recently discovered by NASA's Kepler space telescope in a zone where it is neither too hot nor too cold for life.

The discovery has sparked debate about the possibility of life on other planets.

News 12 asked Brooklyn residents whether they believed life exists on other planets.
