BROOKLYN - It's a common opinion that working out late at night can keep you from falling asleep.

However, a new study by the National Sleep Foundation showed that people slept just as well when they exercised for a half-hour at night than when they avoided working out altogether.

News 12 Brooklyn hit the streets to find out when residents think the best time of day is to exercise.
