BROOKLYN - It's Presidents Day and News 12 set out to see what presidents are among Brooklyn's favorites.

Many viewers say that Barack Obama is their favorite of all of the country's commanders in chief. Others named Bill Clinton, Thomas Jefferson and Ronald Reagan.

The holiday originated in 1885 in recognition of President George Washington.

Presidents Day never falls on the actual birthday of any American president, but is instead always celebrated on the third Monday in February.
