BROOKLYN - A new marketing campaign hopes that realistic mannequins will help entice shoppers to buy more clothing.

Store owners say the mannequins, which feature wider shoulders and bigger waists, gives shoppers a better idea of what clothing would look like on them.

News 12 asked residents what they thought about the new mannequins.

Most residents said they liked the idea, and thought that mannequins in realistic sizes send a positive message.
