BROOKLYN - A study conducted by the Daily Mail U.K. found that Jan. 6 is the most depressing day of the year.

Many said they were successful in keeping their resolutions. One resident said that she has been able to save more by not spending money on nonsense.

Another resident said that he had planned on quitting smoking. However, he didn't keep the resolution because he says he enjoying smoking.
