BROOKLYN - If you're having trouble staying awake at work right now, you're not alone.

A new study shows that most people are exhausted at work, with 80 percent of people saying they feel tired almost every single day. The report also states that one in every six people admitted to falling asleep on the job at least once a week.

The survey was conducted by the Virgin Pulse, an employee-based wellness company from Massachusetts. It's trying to remind everyone to get more sleep at night for better job performance.

Some Brooklyn residents say that they don't get enough sleep, while others told News 12 Brooklyn that it depends on the day.
