Worker falls to death at Front Street building

BROOKLYN - A worker fell to his death at a construction site on Front Street Monday, according to police.

Police say the 43-year-old man fell approximately 3 stories shortly after 12 p.m. He was pronounced dead after being rushed to Long Island College Hospital.

Police say the investigation is ongoing, and the family is being notified.

The contractor was working on a building the New York Police Department uses as a repair shop for their police cars. Police say the victim was not an NYPD employee.
