BROOKLYN - Workers broke ground Thursday on the future home of a theater in DUMBO.
Saint Ann's Warehouse will reside in an old tobacco warehouse on Water Street. The 25,000-square-foot facility will also feature community space and a birch tree grove.
"It will be a wonderful addition to New York's proud tradition of art and culture in our public parks," says Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
Officials say they hope to have the entire facility complete by the fall of 2015.
