THE BRONX - The Yankees' season came to a disappointing end in Game 6 of the ALCS, but the team says it is already looking ahead to the 2011 season.

As the Yankees prepare for the offseason, General Manager Brian Cashman has already started to make changes, including the firing of pitching coach Dave Eiland.
