Police say they arrested a man in Shelton who is wanted in Pennsylvania on charges of weapons of mass destruction, risking catastrophe, and recklessly endangering another person.
They say 26-year-old Carl Roberts, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody after a tip was called in that he was staying at a Shelton residence.
He is being held on $250,000 bond.
