Police search for 2 people who stole cellphone
Police are searching for two people they say stole a cellphone.
The incident happened on Morris Park Avenue near White Plains Road on Sept. 2.
Police say two people took a cellphone from someone inside the Joy Garden Chinese Restaurant and then ran off.
Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-577-TIPS.
