RED HOOK - The still recovering community of Red Hook is bracing for the wintry blast.

Many businesses in Red Hook suffered serious flood damage during Sandy. While many have reopened, some remain shuttered.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg says all coastal communities should expect flooding, with the Hudson River and New York Harbor at least a foot or two above the normal high tide this evening.
