CLINTON HILL - A local macaroni and cheese restaurant is paying tribute to Brooklyn in a tasty way.

The owners of Mac Shack are Brooklyn natives that wanted to pay tribute to their favorite borough. Not only is the food lip-smacking good, but many of the flavors and creations are named after places and neighborhoods in Brooklyn.

Some of the menu items include the Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn South and Brooklyn North.

The restaurant also serves healthy baked wings, salads and more. They're even about to roll out a new creation -- the Macwich -- a grilled cheese sandwich filled with macaroni and cheese.
