(09/06/12) BROOKLYN - A Borough Park man is dead and his brother may lose an eye after police say the two got into a violent argument.
 
According to authorities, 73-year-old Thomas Athanasatos shot his 63-year-old brother James in the face with a homemade pellet gun and then used the weapon to kill himself.
 
A family friend says the siblings often argued over the future of their family home following their parents' deaths.
