Woman sexually assaulted in Greenport on Adams Street

Police say a 48-year-old woman was sexually assaulted while walking home in Greenport.



Southold Town Police detectives are still searching for the suspect this morning.



According to police, the woman was attacked by a man in his 20s on Adams Street, near Main Street around 10:45 p.m. yesterday.
