A vigil was held in Marine Park Thursday night for the two victims of a hit-and-run last week.

Angel Sagardia and his wife, Samantha, had just finished shopping at Kings Plaza when they were struck while crossing Flatbush Avenue. Friends say Angel dragged himself over to his wife's side after getting hit. Angel later died of his wounds; Samantha is on life support.

The couple of 20 years was struck by a gray Ford dollar bus. Its driver has not been found.

Angel's brother says he became a grandfather only three weeks ago.

Wake services for Angel will be held Friday. He will be laid to rest on Saturday.
