A 14-year-old is the winner of the second annual Find Your Flavor online gelato-making contest in Coney Island.

Craig Haas's vision was that of a s'mores-flavored gelato. To accomplish that, he started with milk, heavy cream, sugar and chocolate, whisked them together, pasturized the ingredients in a machine and then layered on graham cracker crisps and a sugary drizzle.

Haas found out about the contest through Facebook. He applied, made it into the top three finalists and was eventually crowned the winner.

His prize will be learning from a world-class gelato maker from Italy.
