Brooklyn teen facing rape charges in sex assault of 14-year-old girl

A Brooklyn 17-year-old is facing rape charges after police say he and another man sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl.

The attack allegedly happened around 3 p.m. on July 2 inside an apartment on Harrison Ave. in Williamsburg.

Police say Justin Lopez and another man forced the girl to have sex with them after she refused.

At the time of his arrest, police say Lopez had a gun on him. He was released without bail after being arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court Wednesday night, police say.

His alleged accomplice has not been found.
