An Austin-style breakfast taco bar has found a permanent home at the Clark Street subway station.
Jalapa Jar was founded a year ago and can be spotted each weekend at Smorgasburg, but as of this week the business got a permanent spot.
The business does its own take on the Austin-style breakfast taco and allows commuters to keep moving while they eat.
The shop takes extra time to put ingredients like cilantro, diced jalapeno and different types of cheeses on top, shop owners say.
Customers can either order one of the four premade creations or they can build their own tacos. Each taco comes with Jalapa Jar's fresh-made salsa.
