Police seek suspect in Loring Avenue attempted rape
Police are searching for a man in his late 20s in connection with an attempted rape in East New York.
The incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. Saturday in an apartment on Loring Avenue.
The 26-year-old victim says the suspect threw her to the ground as she walked past him in the stairwell on the third floor, assaulted her and stole $100 from her purse.
The woman was transported to Kings County Hospital.
