Brooklyn provides backdrop for new Woody Allen film
Brooklyn is the backdrop for a new Woody Allen film.
Allen is famously secretive, so there is no official word about what it is about or its name, but a source on the set told News 12 that it's a period piece, making the cobblestone-lined streets of Vinegar Hill the perfect setting.
The New York Post's Page Six says the film will star Kate Winslet and Justin Timberlake.
Filming wrapped up for the day by the time News 12 got to Hudson Avenue, but News 12 was told that they will be moving to Coney Island tomorrow.
