New York has been ranked the worst state to retire in.
The study ranked all 50 states based on cost of living, crime rate, health care quality, state and local tax burden, personal well-being for seniors and weather.
Wyoming, South Dakota and Colorado ranked as the top three best places to retire.
Most of the residents News 12 spoke with agree with the ranking.
