Man found guilty in 2014 murder of Williamsburg real estate developer

A jury has found Kendel Felix guilty of second-degree murder and kidnapping in the 2014 death of a Williamsburg real estate developer.

As News 12 reported, surveillance video showed 39-year-old Menachem Stark being forced into a van outside of his realty office on Jan. 2, 2014.

Prosecutors say he was suffocated.

Stark's body was later found in a dumpster on Long Island.

Felix will be sentenced on Oct. 19 and faces up to 25 years to life in prison.
