Community-made mural unveiled at City Point building
A new mural was unveiled Wednesday at the City Point building.
The mural is 40-feet wide and 40-feet high and was inspired by the people of the community.
Phillip Johnson, also known as "Fabulous Phil," is one of the many who helped create the mural with the help of the Brooklyn-based artists, the Ladd brothers.
Johnson, as well as dozens of children who helped create the mural, were at the unveiling to see it for the first time.
The massive display of art created by people from the community is a theme that developers say has been a focal point for the City Point Project.
The businesses at City Point are scheduled to start opening as early as next week.
