A 37-year-old man was shot to death inside his East New York Home, according to police.

It happened Wednesday around 7 p.m. outside the man's apartment on Lincoln Avenue.

Scott Seneca was found inside the apartment unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his head, police say.

He was transported to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say Seneca lived in the unit next door to where his body was found.

They say no arrests have been made, and they are still investigating.
