A car slammed into the Christian Missionary Church in East Flatbush Wednesday afternoon, badly damaging the building and injuring two motorists.
The driver of a silver Hyundai lost control and slammed into the side of the church at the intersection of Clarkson Avenue and East 56th Street.
Witnesses say it looked like two cars hit each other first, sending the Hyundai careening into the building. The drivers of both cars were hospitalized with minor injuries, according to police.
The impact left a hole in the wall that has since been boarded up.
