2 utility poles crush cars, spark fire on Brooklyn street

Two utility poles crashed down onto cars on a Borough Park street Tuesday morning, leaving live wires down across the street and causing a small fire.

It happened at 45th Street between Fort Hamilton and 10th Avenue around 5 a.m.

Con Ed workers and the FDNY quickly responded to the area and blocked the street off.

The fire was put out, and no one was hurt.

Officials are still investigating.
