Teen fatally shot in East Flatbush
A teenager was shot and killed in East Flatbush Sunday.
The shooting happened on East 52nd Street around 3:30 p.m. Police say the victim, 19-year-old Deshonne Mitchell, was found shot in the back in the lobby of a building near Winthrop Street.
Michell was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators say the suspected shooter fled the scene in a gray-colored sedan.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
