Funeral held today for DJ killed in Brooklyn hit-and-run
A funeral will be held today for a popular Spanish radio DJ killed by a hit-and-run driver in Brooklyn. 
The 39-year-old, whose name is Jean Paul Guerrero, of Harlem, was fatally struck by a car early Monday morning after leaving a Brooklyn nightclub where he was performing as a DJ. The driver of the car remains at large. 
DJ Jinx Paul worked at the radio station Mega 97.9, owned by Spanish Broadcasting System and based in midtown Manhattan. 
The funeral will be opened to the public on Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the R G Ortiz Funeral Home in Washington Heights.
His family says they plan on burying their son in Ecuador.
