Police find 3-year-old wandering Brooklyn street at 1 a.m.
Police found a 3-year-old boy wandering the streets of Brownsville at 1 a.m. Thursday, authorities say.
Officers spotted him alone in the area of Livonia Avenue and Herzl Street wearing a T-shirt, blue jeans and socks.
They brought the boy to the 73rd Precinct building and placed him in the care of the Administration of Children's Services. 
Police sources say they questioned the child's grandmother, but the boy was placed into custody of the ACS.
