Residents: NYPD blocks bike lane in Clinton Hill

Residents say the NYPD is blocking a bike lane in the Clinton Hill neighborhood.

A dumpster and numerous police vehicles can be seen sticking out into both the bike lane and sidewalk on Dekalb Avenue, right outside the NYPD's 88th Precinct.

Cyclists say they are forced to cut into traffic when there is no more room in their lane.

Police tell News 12 that the precinct's commanding officer is addressing the issue.
