Investigators say the shooting occurred on Dec. 5 in East New York after the driver of the car got into an argument with two men on Hegeman Avenue.

A 23-year-old man suffered two gunshot wounds to his chest and was transported to the hospital in critical but stable condition where he still remains. A 30-year-old man was not injured.
