Police: 29-year-old woman robbed aboard Q train

A man is accused of robbing a woman aboard the Q train in Brooklyn, police say. 

 

The incident happened on Dec. 28 inside of the Q train, which was stopped at the Prospect Park station around 12:15 a.m.



Police say the suspect approached a 29-year-old woman and acted as if he had a gun concealed inside his jacket pocket before demanding money. The woman handed over $13, and the man ran away after taking it, police say. She was not injured. 



The man is described as being 40 years old, 5'10'' tall and weighing 250 pounds.



He was last seen wearing a long red winter jacket.
