Police: 2 men led 9-year-old away, robbed him

The two men who robbed a 9-year-old boy of $282 in Fort Greene earlier this month first led him down the street, newly released surveillance video shows.

The victim was shopping at a Target store before two men led him to 401 Adelphi St. and robbed him, police say.

One of them put his hand over the boy's mouth, the other ran his pockets. The boy was not injured, and his identity has not been released.

Neighbors say they're shocked by the incident.

Police are asking for the public's help finding the suspects.
