17-year-old girl attacked by 20 people during robbery in Brooklyn

A teenage girl was attacked and robbed by a group of 20 people in Brooklyn, according to police.



The incident happened on Jan. 12, in front of 88A 4th Ave. around 7 p.m.



The 17-year-old girl says she was surrounded by a group of 20 people who punched her in the face and stole her cellphone.



After the attack, the suspects ran toward the 4th Avenue and Pacific train station, police say.



The girl was transported to the hospital and treated for minor injuries.
