Man arrested in 2005 murder of CW Post basketball star

Officials say they've arrested a man connected to the 2005 murder of a C.W. Post basketball star.

They say the alleged killer, 32-year-old Jaime Rivera, of Freeport, Long Island, is a longtime member of the Latin Kings Street gang.

Investigators say the arrest came after a former gang member's testimony, indicating that Rivera was the shooter in the road rage incident that left 22-year-old Tafare Berryman dead.

"It was a really hard time in high school knowing that I didn't really have my brother around anymore and trying to deal with the pressures, just trying to move forward," says Duane Berryman, Tafare's brother.

Officials say Rivera is being held without bail.
