Warm temps hit Brooklyn ahead of winter storm

Unseasonably warm temperatures hit Brooklyn on Wednesday, giving residents an early taste of spring ahead of Thursday's winter storm.

Many residents were seen enjoying the warm weather and sunshine at Fort Greene Park with games of frisbee and tennis. Some families were even having picnics.

And the park's Citi Bike rack was nearly empty as neighbors took advantage of the great weather.

It won't last, though. Up to 9 inches of snow are expected to fall on Thursday, after temperatures drop below freezing overnight.
