Cars in Brooklyn remain buried in snow

As bitter temperatures continue to hit New York, many cars are still buried in the snow.

Officials say if residents haven't already dug their vehicles out of the snow, it will likely get much harder as the sun goes down.

Snow remained slushy and plowable during the day but after sunset is expected to freeze over.

Alternate side parking rules in Brooklyn are suspended through Saturday so residents will have the weekend to dig themselves out if needed.
