NYPD officer accused in deadly road rage incident to appear in court

The NYPD officer accused of shooting and killing a Brooklyn man in a road rage incident is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

The July 4, 2016 confrontation with the off-duty officer resulted in the death of Delrawn Small.

Officer Wayne Isaacs previously pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter in connection with the slaying of Small.

Small's wife was scheduled to hold a press conference with her attorney after the officer's court appearance but was not present at the courthouse.
