Affordable housing lottery to be held in downtown Brooklyn

Some affordable housing units are up for grabs in downtown Brooklyn.



A housing lottery will be held for 143 units at 33 Bond St., a mixed-use building at the corner of Livingston Street.



Studio apartment rent is $897 per month for single residents earning between $32,640 and $38,100 per year.



One-bedroom apartments are available for $963 per month, and two-bedroom units are priced at $1,166 monthly.



News 12 is told 7 percent of the units there will be set aside for applicants who are disabled. The deadline to apply is April 14.
